Pitt Fall was listed to be up for sale from International Rides Management:

Seriously, if the ride was that tough to operate, then why would another park want it unless it will eventually be used for spare parts somewhere else.

Probably for parts, but in Amusement Today, there's been an Arrow coaster listed since at least December that is SBNO in Indiana. One of those out and back single loop shuttle coasters.

The only one that's coming to mind is the one that used to be at Astroworld, but it was a complete circuit and not a shuttle. Other than that I really don't know if I heard of it.
